"I had to write this review as it is well deserved. I am leaving the island and needed a authorization form from my finance company to ship the car. It was, they were a nightmare to deal with . I called Skip told him the issue and he was on it so fast. He advised "we are going to take care of this today, dont worry". When someone goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.. it speaks volumes, as least to me. "If you're shopping for insurance on Kauai, go elsewhere. It took this place an extremely long time to set up my insurance, every question I had was met with more delays and convoluted answers, they called me to come back and sign things several times, the branches on the island close at random times, the people here are not great with technology, and I still have no idea why I'm paying more than $100 more per month than what was quoted to me."
